Shipment and delivery
We refurbish each machine to order, so delivery typically takes place at least 2 weeks after the initial order. Photos on site are stock images, the actual machines may vary in cabinet style or color.
When a slot machine is purchased from Ohio River Slots it is in our best interest to ensure that your machine arrives safe and sound. There is nothing more frustrating than a broken piece of glass from the movement of freight. To ensure the safety of your machine we carefully place each machine onto a pallet, we then bubble wrap, shrink-wrap and apply extra padding and cardboard to properly secure the safe delivery of your machine. Once an order is placed please allow 10-12 business day turnaround time until shipping.
What happens when the machine leaves our facility? We will email you the tracking information to your machine, you will then be able to watch your machine travel to its final destination. Once the machine arrives at the closest terminal, you will be contacted by a shipping company’s customer service rep to schedule a delivery appointment. Once that is in place, typically a smaller 18 foot truck with a lift-gate will come to your place of residence and deliver the machine. The freight company will not bring the machine inside and set it up but will do a curbside delivery for you. Please be aware to check the machine for any significant damages before signing the paperwork for the truck driver or we can not be held responsible.
