Shipments and returns

When a slot machine is purchased from OHIO RIVER SLOTS it is in our best interest to ensure that your machine arrives safe and sound.

There is nothing more frustrating than a broken piece of glass from the movement of freight. To ensure the safety of your machine we carefully place each machine onto a pallet, we then bubble wrap, shrink wrap and apply extra padding and cardboard to properly secure the safe delivery of your machine. Once an order is placed please allow 7-10 day turn around time until you receive your machine. Typically delivery occurs within that time frame.

What happens when the machine leaves our facility? We will email you the tracking information to your machine, you will then be able to watch your machine travel to its final destination. Once the machine arrives to the closest terminal, you will be contacted by a shipping company’s customer service rep to schedule a delivery setup. Once that is in place, typically a smaller 18 ft truck with a lift-gate will come to your place of residence and deliver the machine. They will not bring the machine inside and set it up but will place it outside the residence for you. Please be aware to check the machine of any significant damages before signing the paperwork for the truck driver or we can not be held responsible.
